THE SERVICE IS LICENSED TO YOU DIRECTLY BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND IS NOT LICENSED TO YOU BY AMD. THE FEATURE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT A WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. USE OF THE FEATURE IS DONE AT YOUR SOLE DISCRETION AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AMD BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR THE FEATURE OR THE SERVICE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE FROM YOUR USE OF FEATURE AND/OR SERVICE. IN ADDITION TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE FEATURE, YOUR USE OF THE FEATURE IS ALSO SUBJECT TO THE ADRENALIN END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.
2. Feature Privacy Policy
The Feature integrates YouTube API Services to provide users with the ability to stream content directly to their YouTube account. By using the Feature, you agree to bound by the Google Privacy Policy—available here: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.
To provide you with access to this Feature, AMD stores your YouTube access token locally on your machine for convenient access to YouTube API Services without the need to login every time a new session is created. AMD does not store or distribute any other data associated with YouTube API Services except for non-personalized usage statistics only when you are enrolled in the AMD User Experience program.
